Comparing the two photographs, the differences between them are 9 letters which anagram to flickr.com.  Searching in flickr for the username PN1111111I led to this image:



and two others.  The image description for the photo was "photos.google.com PN2222222H."  Going to that address and searching that string produced the next photo:



Clues within this profile led to the next photo, available on photobucket. Following a scavenger hunt across these three photo sites: flickr, google images and photobucket, users eventually assembled 7 additional images:















These were then properly reassembled into blueprints for a synthetic eye.  Within the blueprints were the letters DHMO, the chemical formula for water.  Placing DHMO after nowheremen.net produced the fully assembled photo and the next timer:
