Taking the number from the security camera that shows Ana's death,
users found the website http://nowheremen.net/750458012218/index.html.
This produced a game in which players had to "de-age" Derek by
clicking the gray button below his picture. Users discovered,
however, that they had to work together. If more than three people
attempted to click through the image at one time, the game would
reset.
After successfully clicking through all images, players found
letters hidden throughout the 16,000 frames.
It was then discovered that the hidden letters anagram to "Derek
and Karl."
Using the old sleeping schedule, discovered in the clue
"Ask DIC_", users found that Karl and Derek are only scheduled
to sleep at the same time once per day: 1600 hours.

Armed with this information, players were able to discover http://www.nowheremen.net/1600.html.
This site contained the timer and another piece of the NWM
manual:

From there, users had to wait until the timer expired for the
release of the following episode, "Karl."
In the meantime, however, players were able to piece together the
CSS clue from "Somewhere
Else." Taking the first word from each sentence of the cryptic
message produces "perfectevidence.html"
Placing this after nowheremen.net provides the expired timer and a
flowchart of how that week's clue was structured, signed with a
CH.
