Within the episode, users found at least three embedded clues. Two
of the clues came from displays on the HHWW (first introduced in
The Trailer). Players were able to figure out the significance
of the camera number for each camera watching Derek.

Placing these numbers after nowheremen.net/ yielded more pieces of
the puzzle
The first camera angle number led to a new timer
and another excerpt from the cryptic manual first introduced in
Ask DIC_.
The second angle also led to a timer,
but included a different photograph: a dossier of the Nowheremen
team.
The third clue came in the form of the phone number Derek dials in
the episode. By listening to the tones pressed, users were able to
correctly identify Ana's cellphone number: 617-500-3743. By dialing
that number, players are greeted with a message from Ana saying she
has changed her number. Following this greeting, but before the
beep, players detected a hidden message.
Another clue within the episode, the backward numbers on the
telephone after it is dropped, gave some indication of what to do
with the hidden message: Reverse it.
By reversing the recording and slowing it down considerably, users
began to decode the hidden message. They were not able, however, to
crack it completely before the release of the next webisode,
"Surveillance."
